However, i was just laying in the bath and had 3 or 4 strong cramps in my lower abdomen, not excruciating, but strong enough to make me say ouch! I have had no more and there is no blood or anything like that. I know its probably just the aches and pains of pregnancy, but has / did anyone else experience this ? im probably being a little parinoid, I know but thought Id ask.

yes its your legiments streching down there you will be ok..you can take a tylenol if it hurts to bad but if its bothering you then see your OB
