My boyfriend & I have been dating for 3 years now. He knows our anniversary is today (he mentioned it 2days ago & its written on his calender) so I know he hasnt forgotten. We are both working today & probably won't get a chance to see each other :( but he hasnt called me. Its 2:15pm now, I know things can get busy but at the same time, you cant fit 2 minutes into your day for a quick phone call?? Would any of you other ladies out there be pissed too?

Maybe he has something special planned. If you get yourself all worked up and pissed off, you will not enjoy it. Relax. He already mentioned it 2 days ago. He knows.

Well.... did you fit 2 minutes in to call him? It works both ways. Maybe he has something planned. Don't get mad until the day is over. You might ruin a good thing. Another thing... I never understood why women and some men get soooo bent out of shape about anniversaries. Yes they are a nice reminder of how long we've been together but does it really require a huge celebration? Especially if you aren't even committed within marriage? I really am curious. Maybe there is something wrong with me. Anyway... HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!! I hope your day ends up wonderfully pleasant.

My wife got all pissed off and mad because she thought I had forgotten our anniversary. I had taken 1/2 day off to get everything set up and ready for a very special evening. By the time she got off work and made it home she had succeeded in ruining my mood, the event and my desire to have this evening together. Do not determine that he has forgotten or that he is doing nothing, give him a chance. If he fails, then get upset, but don't waste the day and the energy right now...

if this is his only fault, cut him some slack!... no body's perfect. I'm sure you have plenty of faults that he over-looks because he loves you and your qualities far out-weigh your faults... shouldn't he be given the same lattitude? maybe he's real busy at work... maybe he's having a real sh*t day too... and maybe he's waiting until he gets off work so he can give you more than just 2 minutes and his undivided attention... remember... he's a guy... he doesn't think like a woman... try not to be too upset and talk to him about what bothers you... after your anniversary... don't make it part of it...

Maybe he is planning a surprise for you. Maybe he took lunch to go buy you something. Why do you feel the need to create a situation that you can be indiginant about? BTW, if you want a real anniversary, get married. Anything else is just a game.

You are making a big deal of nothing. If you want to make it a special day, then make it a special day. He's a clueless man. Don't harp on it, just be nice. If this is the worst he ever does, then you've got yourself a darn good fella.

Dating anniversaries are a lot like kissing your sister, its nice means you care but not much more. If you've been together just three years and this is it, be glad you aren't married and move on.

He may be waiting to surprise you later. Don't be pissed now, be pissed tonight if you haven't heard from him then. Just wait a while longer.

I would wait untill morning to be pissed because he might have something up his sleeve and just be waiting for the right time to suprise you.
