Take it to a vet. Anyone who doesn't think turtles can suffer (or don't beleive that it matters much when a lowly animal is hurt) needs to ask the turtle. Vets can X-Ray for broken bones, and administer antibiotics if there's an infection present. Your animal's suffering needlessly.

Pretty much nothing. If it is bleeding, wash it off, put some anti-biotic ointment on it, and leave it in a warm dry tank for a few hours until the bleeding stops.

If you know a fracture occured, you may want to see a vet for X-rays and the right setting. Trying to set it yourself could result in more problems.

Otherwise- just some rest, super cleanliness, slightly warmer conditions, and generally really good care should be enough.

highly suggest you see a vet who deals with reptiles on a weekly basis ASAP. Don't want to take any chances of a lost limb.
