I'm new around there and I wanna know how I can form a little relationship between me and them, especially the guys. I'm not that good at making friends. Please help!!!
Okay listen-we just work and whenever we pass by each we always give each other weird looks like "You're the new freak around here." or something like that, I want them to get to know me for how I talk cus I am a cool person to hang out with but you just gotta know me first you know?
Plus-I don't work in an office, I work at Cold Stone and I'm only 16. The people I work with are around that age-teenagers, so yeah.

i think firstly you should start by smiling at all the people around you & greeting them good morning & a pleasant how r u. A smile goes a long way & greeting mostly is responded to. (even if you dont get a response from some, keep at it) I am sure in a weeks time you should get together a bunch of them & go out for a movie night or something. Its a sure shot.

You are there to perform for your supervisor not to make friends with co-workers. If you want your co-workers to become acquaintances, then your best bet is to let them talk with you first. Don't give too much information about yourself. Some people may use your information for their own advantage. Be careful.

You are just young girl, you don't have to do anything. Soon they are use to see you and are going to talk with you. Take a time.
Anyway on break time you can start any conversation, just little by little you get know each other more.
