Sims 2:Pets for PS2?

Question

I need help I know there aren't any cheats out yet but I'm trying to find out how you roast marshmellows and find the monkey paw. I don't see a firepit in my object catalog or a metal detector so how do I do it? Plus what am I doing with these aspiration points I get it til its filled up with silver but it never changes over. Whats up with that?

You can find the monkey paw in the couch(when you're sitting on it)then "search" the couch.
Sit in front of the fireplace,then you should have the option to roast marshmallows.
