You can buy a cheaper form of it from walmart in the same name brand packaging. And yes you can charge it on your GE money bank backed walmart/sams card. By doing so you support everything from love to nuclear missles.

Well, Dragon used her credit card to pay the adoption fee for her dog. That's like buying him.
And Dragon's dog makes her very, very happy. So that would be the happiness.
So, yes, you should be able to charge happiness to your credit card.
