Tricky question because there are a lot of "depends". IF you are passed due beyond the contract termination date specified then yes - it's larceny. IF you are passed due but only delinuent, then no as long as the property is returned before the contract termination date. DEPENDS greatly on the state you reside in as well as the attitude of the local prosecuting attorney and law enforcement. DEPENDS on the manager of the branch servicing your contract (you will find most just want the property back and their money - so they will settle fairly quick).

No you can not get arrested for not paying one of those rent to own places but interest will build. Also, the bill may go to a collection agency if not payed.

Not sure I understand your question.
I'm pretty sure you can't get arrested for not paying rent, but if you don't pay rent, you can be taken to court and demanded to pay at which point if you don't, then you'll be arrested.
Good luck.

I don't know. They'll at the very least try to repo your stuff. Hiding it from them may get you arrested.
Here (AZ) a pattern of behavior can be established, especially if you tend to make purcheases with checks. Just pay them.

I don't think they will arrest you, but they can take you to court.
Stop buying something from there, cause they charge you more
then an adverage store. And it's not worth paying more.
