nothing wrong with it, unless you are really over weight.
guys can be shirtless, its nicer if you have something to show, a nice tan or a nice build, but still nothing wrong. just put on a shirt if you are going out to a restaurant though, or shopping..

In your bed at night with your eyes closed! It's just not cool anymore and it looks trashy. The only time would be at a beach or swimming, the rest is not a good idea.

At the beach, bicycling, roller blading, playing volleyball.
It just depends on your confidence and what the people around you are doing.
In my personal opinion, swimming is the only time. Otherwise, it's just like you're showing off.... Seems a little cocky.

i would say on the beach, or at an outdoor festival/concert type place, but ONLY if it is really really hot (like at austin city limits in austin, texas). otherwise, there aren't too many places you can walk around without a shirt on...unless you're at home!
