I think you just need the macaroni, cheese (which is in the package), milk, and boiling water. There should be instructions to guide you through the process.

I've done tomatoes (never onions- I love them but my kids don't always love them!) and it's quite good. Depending on who you're feeding- try a little salsa mixed in (about 2 tablespoons will do the trick) or some shredded cheese that you love (sharp cheddar or asiago are my favorites w/ Kraft mac n cheese) after you've added everything the box says to add. Also, adding a can of drained white albacore tuna and a half a bag of cooked frozen broccoli with a can of cream of mushroom soup makes a tasty Tuna Casserole- add some crushed up goldfish crackers on top- a real crowd pleaser!

OH M GEE!
as i was trying to explain how to cook mac n cheese...
it accured you wanted to know how to cook "kraft" mac n cheese..
and by the time i thought of the differnce between regular and kraft and wrote a book about it i forgot the right way to cook it..
so im just basicly going to guess how to cook it.
You place the noodles in a metal pan and add salt..
cook with 100% H20 in the oven at 450 degrees..
take it out throw it on a salad and WELLA!

I recommend following the box directions, but since you don't have a reliable timer, you should stand on your head, fill your cooch up with sand, then turn yourself over.
When all the sand runs out, your meal is ready.
Voila!
