It's different each year... one year the big tree was up the day after Halloween. The last few years, though, the Christmas season didn't officially start until the weekend before Thanksgiving. This year it's 'officially' starting on the 17th. But if you were to go before then, I'm sure you'll find some decorations are already put up. But if you want to see everything all decked out, you'll have to wait until next Friday... they'll also be starting the holiday fireworks and the holiday parade then too!

They used to wait until after Thanksgiving and put them up overnight. But no more, since they found that a mid-November Mickey Christmas breakfast sells pretty well. Now, Christmas decorations start going up as soon as Halloween comes down. Many decorations should already be in place, with more to come.

The week after Halloween. The Christmas tree on Main Street is up now and decorations can be found in most lands and will most likely be completed by the week of Thanksgiving.

I live across the street. All the decorations should be in place starting the day after Thanksgiving - most will be up even earlier. Your best is to wait til after. (The Christmas version of It's a Small World is scheduled to open November 10th.) Cheers!
