i know i am only 27 but i am getting older and i like to know how i can keep my skin looking younger and feel good abt it
i have 3 kids and married sometime with the hard work i do i feel alot older i even look it i hate looking at my self in the mirror i see my mom lol....so please help!!! thanks

avoid sun exposure and eat healthy foods... drink plenty of water.... some things can't be avoided such as aging.

Drink plenty of water!!! Hydrate your body from the inside out. Wear sunscreen when going outdoors. Even in the winter months you still need that protection. If you feel you need a moisturizer wear it, some have sunscreen in them. Again, drink plenty of water.

Hi im 32 and i still look good! Use Vitame e oil every day on your face with sunblock over it.......
At night use moisturizer thats the key Moisturize at night and sunscreeen and Vitamin E oil in the day

I read that it helps to drink 8 12 ounce glasses of water each day.
And your Mom is probably still an attractive woman...quit worrying. Don't want those worry lines do ya? :)

Try the Dove products to wash your face with, it will help not to dry it out.

Wear sunscreen.
Get a babysitter whenever possible!
