stay away from fatty foods, and do lots and lots of situps and crunches, believe me, it'll be gone real fast, my sister really put the effort in and now she has a 6 pack everyone envies, lol.

Crunchies.As the saying goes"no pain ,no gain". When doing crunchies , it must hurt your stomach muscles, if it don't hurt, you are not doing nothing, just defeating the purpose.
Besides crunchies, limit your intake of beer and food. Don"t eat beyond your limit, because it stretches your stomach. Better to eat six small meals a day then two big meals.
