In greek mythology the Muses were a set of sisters who gave people inspiration to do different things. My muse would be my children. They inspire me to be the best mom I can be and to lead the life I would like them to emulate one day.

A muse is a source of inspiration. It could be anything from a beautiful woman to an inspiring idea. It is something that generates passion and serves as a catalyst for creative expression.

Mine is my bipolar middle child whose antics as a child were tear jerking, but also at times quite comical. Today, I am to busy trying to make sense of him (he is a teen bipolar). I truly hope he matures a bit to understand his illness some day. I would love to put all my stories together as a novel about his antics. And, how I have dealt with them.
