My doctor told me to get one but he just mentioned a digital one. Does anyone know of a good brand to buy?

Thanks!

My advice to you is NOT to purchase any conception aids. Checking your temperature every day, or your cervical mucus, counting days....they all work to pinpoint ovulation, but the whole process stresses you out. Stress makes it more difficult to conceive, so the process works against itself.

Here's what you should do: Have sex every other day. This is the best way for your partner's sperm count to be highest.

Try to have an orgasm during intercourse. Climaxing increases the chances that you'll conceive.

Stay lying down for about 15 minutes following intercourse. The semen will be pulled by gravity away from your cervix if you get up immediately.

Don't worry! You will conceive when the time is right. Lower your stress levels, do some deep breathing, and have FUN! This should be a fun process. Calculating ovulation is not fun for you or your partner. Focus on loving each other and be surprised and excited when the day finally comes that you are pregnant.

Good luck to you!

Walmart has the BD one as well as Walgreens.

FYI--I temped and charted my heart out 6 months before we tried for our children and took prenatals etc.....I got pregnant the 1st try with both of them. There is nothing wrong with taking a more educated and active role in TTCing. Ignore the person who didn't answer your question.....
