If they offer one it will not have any value.
In India and lots of other countries.
It take 4 years after High school to do B.Sc.
2 more to do M.Sc.
God knows how many more to do Ph.D.

If you are in a hurry for some degree then there are a lot of US universities which can give you even a Ph.D by email.
