I'm new around there and I wanna know how I can form a little relationship between me and them, especially the guys. I'm not that good at making friends. Please help.

Okay listen-we just work and whenever we pass by each we always give each other weird looks like "You're the new freak around here." or something like that, I want them to get to know me for how I talk cus I am a cool person to hang out with but you just gotta know me first you know?

Plus-I don't work in an office, I work at Cold Stone and I'm only 16. The people I work with are around that age-teenagers, so yeah.

Just be a good friend to them. The only way you can make good friends,is by being one.

Try to have am employee only night once a week. Where everyone goes out for a bite to eat or a drink after a hectic day at work. This is really good if you need to get some things off your chest about your day.

Don't try to make friends at work ! You are there to make a paycheck , not friends ! Be nice and polite.....no strange looks, if someones need help...be the first to offer your help ! Eventually,if they are decent people.....they will see that you are a decent person and want to be your friend ! Try to find friends outside the workplace........friends and work.....don't always work !!!!!!!! Good luck ! Hope you find the friends that really deserve your friendship !

well, you could try to have a get together at a near tavern after work and see who shows up.. that is showing them that you are interested in making friends out of work and it makes conversation easy in the office...

Find out what they like to do and become interested in what they are interested in. Ask everyone out for lunch. Once you make just one friend...the rest will become friends too.
