if i have completed degree in IT and want to either work or continue higher studies in usa, wat are the opportunities open to me?

Look on: Craig's list; Monster.com; Dice.com. That will give you an idea of what hiring companies are looking for, or companies you can send your resume to. (You do have a resume, don't you?) What kind of work do you want to do? Coding? Help desk? Testing?
There are so many companies in the US-from Microsoft to IBM to Hewlitt Packard that need educated personnel, just decide where you want to live.
As far as higher education is concerned, most universities offer Masters/Phd degrees. It depends on how much you have to spend., or find a company that offers tuition reimbursement.
