Just treat your body right during your pregnancy and there should not be any problems. If you had 3 healthy kids already, then there is no particular reason why this one should be so different.

Whatever it was that you were doind the first 3 times around, keep doing! It is lucky, I think, to have 3 easy child births! You must just be one of the luck ones amoung us! Keep trying if you want more children! Dont be scared! I think the scariest thing of having a forth child would be, the forth child! Thats a lot of running around! You go girl!

Relax and stay calm. Don't think about it so much. It will only make it worse. Enjoy your pregnancy. I have had three children and I was worried all the time with my first and it drove me crazy. But once he was born(epidural), I was so relieved that there was nothing wrong with him. My second was even better(had her totally natural). I was a little more relaxed with her. I enjoyed every moment and the third(c-section) was an experience of a life time. He has taught me so much. So just relax.. You are an old pro at this. :) Stay calm and the baby will too.

just don't fear. life is good. you had 3 and nothing happened. i had to have a emergency c-section with my 2nd baby and at first i was upset and fearful. but then, i realized there is nothing i can do about the situation. or i cross my legs tight kind of thing and don't let htem cut me or i trust in them, their decision and hand myself over into their knowing hands. it was a blessing, to have the c-section. my baby had the cord 3x around the neck and the rest was too short for him to come out. so had he even entered in to the birthcanal, he would have gotten stuck, strangeled and THEN i would have needed a c-section to at least SAVE ME! but his head was too big to enter into the birthcanal, they did a c-section and both me and my baby are super duper fine now. life is good, relax. the 4th baby will be even faster, you know the spiel, what's going on etc. and most of all, TRUST the medical staff. get a midwife. they are with you the whole time, hold you hand so to say and are more personal. they take your fears away!they rock!

I don't think oyu ever can, I had the revese situation having my second child almost killed me and he was born at 11lbs with many complications, i was so terrifed when we were having a third but I address all my concerns evey visit to my doctor (they were probably so sick of me) but they made sure I had evey test and extra ultra sounds it turned out fine in the end, but I will always carry the fear of my baby almost dying and myself!!

First you need to relax. Getting your self upset isnt going to help. Birth is unfortunely something we cannot change. Do not get your self stressed or it will cause problems. Relax and let nature take its course. Good luck!
