Yes. Dragon eets, then brushes teeth. What is the point of brushing teeth before you eet? That is silly. If you eet first, then you brush your teeth and they will be all cleen and shiny. If you brush first, then you will just make them all dirty again and have to brush them again.

I usually get completely ready before eating breakfast. That way - if I run out of time I can just grab something to eat on my way to work.

most of the time. it kind of defeats the purpose of of brushing your teeth if you eat right after. but i eat all the time, so i usually still end up eating something.

Yes! I brush them right afterward - otherwise the food tastes funny from the toothpaste.
