i think you need to reach out to anyone. church social services family doc mental health professionals. its a long dark way back without any help. you can do it, life can be good again. just reach out and don,'t give up.its worth the fight. been struggling for 30 years, but some days are great and some just ok. they are all better than a final mistake.

As someone else mentioned, Church services are great. I have had two and both were very hard to come out of. After the first I decided I wanted to leave everything that caused the breakdown in the past and I decided to "reinvent" myself. I lost weight, fixed myself up more and just started involving myself in a lot of social activities and things that had made me happy in the past. After the second, I took anti-depressants and those helped me a lot. Gave me the boost I needed to get back to life.

Good luck and you'll be in my prayers.

I had a small one...and I have seen some people REALLY struggle with getting it back together. Consuling helps, alot, so good job there. For me I came back by choice. I decided I was not going to let it control me anymore and to get past it, but always remember that dark place and that I never want to go back. It was awful, but I feel like a stronger person now. Medications help a whole lot too. I wish you the best, I've been there and it sucks, but I'm confident you'll get through it too!

in the most sterile of terms, a nervous breakdown occurs when the mind, operating under an old paradigm (way of thinking) is in direct conflict with wholly new circumstances. the best thing i or anyone else can say is keep you head up and your mind open, otherwise the crisis will only continue until you adapt .

Yes! I felt like I was dying and couldn't eat or sleep. After therapy and the appropriate medication, I began to feel "normal" again after about a month. Good Luck!

I did!

I don't know how to answer your question.

No one helps!

You have to try to find a way out yourself!

I wish you the best!
