Bromine would add to the double bond in the ring and to the double bonds in the methyl-vinyl group adjacent to the ring.

It would create 2 stereocenters and it would be racemic, because bromine is not enantioselective.

The product has the structure of limonene, except that the two C=C double bonds are replaced by C-C single bonds, and there are four bromine atoms attached to the four C's that used to be double bonded.

While all those things are possible, I think you are overly optimistic. To be a moral and rational atheist requires the willingness to think for yourself and take responsibility for your own actions. If people had the will to do that, they would not be religious in the first place. Removing religion from such people would not change their need for someone to think for them. They would just end up being slaves to a secular movement that offered to take the heavy burden of rationality and responsibility from them.
