csc=1/sin
sec(0)=1/cos(0)=1/1=1 so sec(0) does exist

csc(0)=1/sin(0)=1/0=∞

image that you have this situation, a finite length,being divided by a length that shrink to zero. As the angle approaches to zero, this length also approaches to zero.
a number that is divided by zero is infinitive.
When you plot these co-secant and cotangent, y is approaches to infinitive as the angle approaches to zero.

cot0=cos0/sin0=1/0=indeterminate
