Start Internet Explorer and click on the History Icon. It looks like a clock with a arrow going counter clockwise. Once this happens, click on the "search" button located on the top of the history bar to the left. At tihs point type in what you are looking for.

Look at the line of icons (pictures) across the top of the window you're looking at how. You'll see something like arrows, home, printer. Click on the one that says history, it probably looks like a clock, or clock with arrow.
This will open up another small window, with "Today," "Yesterday," "Last Week," etc. Click on any of these to view all the pages your computer visited.
Note: You (or someone else) can DELETE your internet history by clicking on any of these sites & hitting the delete button, so this is not 100% accurate if someone else has access to computer who wants to hide something.

On Internet Explore/Mozilla Firefox, the shortcut for History is ctrl+H.
Upon hitting ctrl+H you will be provided by a list of previously visited web pages. This list by default contains web pages viewed within the last 30 days. :D
