Take her to a plan parent hood.

Well first recommend she see a doctor or go to a planned parenthood clinic in your area. Tell her to be open and discuss her options. Does she want to keep this child? If so the doctor can give her nutrition tips. Also encourage her to take good care of herself, get rest, eat healthy, avoid dangerous or harmful habits/activities. Make sure she has told people she loves and trusts she will need a lot of support, no one can have a baby all by themselves without a lot of uneccessary hardship. Pick up a what to expect when your expecting book. And if she is young and isn't sure what she wants to do yet, then let her know that it is ok not to be ready. Suggest that she consider putting the child up for adoption. Hopefully, though she will want to keep the child. Let her know that there are a lot of programs out there that help women who are having a baby such as wic. Call your local state agencies, and Please talk to a Doctor!

You can discuss with her the options adoption etc, if she is incline to keep the baby get her started with seeing a doctor, if not already sign up for medical assitance (there are other programs avalible through public welfar) and WIC, there should be local organizations that will help with clothing and baby supplies if she is having finacially problems, also, find a job that can help her to save some money.

You can help her by just being there for her ! Being pregnant isn't the end of the world ! Someone helped make that baby.....if she doesn't want it.......there are a million people out there that would take it ! She shouldn't be worried......she should be rejoicing! Do you know how many women would love to have a baby and can't ? Just be there for her and remind her that she got pregnant for a reason ! I believe all things happen for a reason ! If she doesn't feel like she's ready for a baby.....give it up for adoption.......someone....somewhere , would love to have a baby to love and cherish !

Listen to her talk is the best action.
When she is willing to listen to you in turn, try to get her to talk to a counselor.
There are usually many help groups out there.
Check your local listings for agencies.

If you are willing, ensure her that you will go to the counseling with her. Sometimes listening and holding someone's hand when they ae scared is the best thing a person can do!
