Some women dont usally feel anything untill you are 4-6 weeks. I actually found out early I was 2 weeks pregnant and I felt tired and really sore in the chest area.

Nothing. Maybe a little tired but even that doesnt come for another month or so. Most women dont even know they're pregnant until about 6 weeks or so.... and thats with secondary pregnancies and so on.

Nothing really! Maybe sick, a little queasy, feeling extra tired. Not all women get ill in their first trimester, and as far as what you feel your first week.....well most women dont even know they are prego until 4-6 weeks along, and still other than maybe not feeling so good, you wont feel the baby move until your 2nd trimester.

I didn't feel anything the first week just took a test because I was late, no symptoms and even later I did not have much in the way of symptoms except headache, hungry more often and breast tenderness.

Everyone is different. Some people start having sore breasts, I think this is one of the earliest symptoms. Currently pregnant with number two and I didn't start having symptoms until at least six weeks with both:)

I'd have to go with nothing as well. Most women don't even know their pregnant until a few weeks in.
