Laptop problem?

One of my laptops is messed up i need help fixin it

The screen on my laptop is upside down. Like this screen would be upside down. Everything is fliped (projection wise) Its running Xp, its also a Dell Inspiron B130.

I can't quite remember, but my old school used to do that.. I think you press CTRL + UP, maybe its down..maybe its not even CTRL and it's shift, windows key, or alt.. try all them..

try checking ur graphics card settings under control panel normally under rotate their should be arrows
