Unless you have a health problem --some people eat but your metabolism is high and they don't gain weight too fast--check with your doctor -- let him put you on a diet that can help lyou gain weight

Lift weights. Muscle weighs more than fat. And really - this is something for which you should consult your doctor. They may need to do tests and make sure that it's not just high metabolism and/or low calorie intake that is causing your inablility to gain weight. Once they have ruled out everything except that - they'll be able to put you on an exercise/weight gain plan. If your doctor is only into "fix it - operate on you - give you drugs" kind of health - find a new doc who is into preventitive health- and understands fitness and diet. Good luck!

I am working to add a few pounds to my daughter (3 yrs) by getting more calories in her with out giving her junk food or sugar. I am feeding her cream on her cereal and in her whole milk, spoon-fulls of peanut butter for a snack, avocados, cheese and cream cheese. Study up on good fats and bad fats. Avocados and nuts have all those good fats that are good for your heart and brain.

What a fun problem you have!
