Are you kidding? Do you know how much makeup costs?... Those were her possessions, how dare you take them and sell them. How would you feel if she went out and took your tools or other possessions that you used often and sold them for her own benefit? Your actions were very rude and inconsiderate and this says alot about how you regard your wife and her feelings. Shame on you!
