honestly?
i try not to fight...
best you enter the arena with a sense of humor and try to disarm the opponent (especially if it's my wife!)
if you can both walk away feeling good about the interaction- it bodes well for the future...
i'm not perfect though, sometimes my anger gets the best of me- and i simply tell the other person what's bothering me in a very negative tone...
ideally, things get dealt with, with a smile...

Sometimes sarcastic but moreover I prefer to sit down and have an honest and open talk, if that means being blunt then so be it. I NEVER name-call. I think it's hurtful and you can't take it back and sometimes it overshadows the real issue and makes things worse.

Actually I avoid fighting. Priority is to identify the problem issue and resolve it.

Do use sarcasm sometimes, but I think it's always the best policy to remain calm and defuse the situation instead.

im more of a talker than a fighter, but when my mouth gets me in trouble i just hope that they are drunker than I, which would give me the chance to try to trick them into turning their backs, in order to let me either hit them with a club or start running away.
