My sister had 5 C-sections. Her oldest is 20 and her youngest is 11. They are all healthy girls. They all weighed over 9lbs. And my sister herself is a petite woman. I've had one and my Dr says if I was to have another baby, he/she would be a c-section too.

I've heard of a case where a woman had to have three of her children by cesarean because of large babies or lack of labour progression.
It's possible for a woman to have a natural vaginal birth of a second child after having one by cesarean, provided the surgery has healed properly. However women who have had multiple cesareans might have no choice but to deliver future children by cesarean because of the scarring of the abdominal muscles left by the surgery.

I had both of my boys by cesarean and the doctor had told me that chances of me carrying a healthy baby to term again might damage them due to the fatty tissue they had to cut to do the cesarean, which I now believe he didn't know what the heck he was talking about. My co-worker had three children all by cesarean and they are all fine.

Multiple. I know a woman who had three. However, if this is not a matter of choice, it is also very possible to have a normal vaginal birth after cesarean. There are even ways to increase the chance of that occuring. Talking to your midwife/doctor about this will turn up some options.

Doctors don't like to do more than three caesarean sections on a woman, as cutting into the abdominal wall and cutting into the uterus is a serious matter. There is going to be a lot of scar tissue involved, among other things.

In a literal sense several if need be but you have to consider that the integrity of the incision will weaken after subsequent surgeries.

Recommended no more than 3 different deliveries, as the scar tissue builds up.

Only 3. After the 3rd cut, then you better open wide because you HAVE to push this one out.
