I doubt it. If they don't know you exist, I would say this means you don't get the chance to talk very often. How can you love someone who you don't even know well?
You're very interested in the person, no doubt, and you have a crush on them. You may be infatuated even. But not in love.

well, of course you can. i've never been in a relationship, unfortunately. that would suggest that i've never loved, which is complete and utter bollocks. of course, i've been in love, only it wasn't requited. nobody's going to tell me those feelings weren't real. and - believe it or not - there've been people who had those feelings for me, but, unfortunately, i didn't reciprocate them. what about those people who never find anyone, either because they're too shy or disabled (i'm not saying that being disabled makes you unlovable, but it is a fact that a lot of people would be turned off by a mental and/or physical disability, which makes it harder for those people to find love) or... nobody would suggest that they can't love just because nobody feels the same way. or would they?

you can love anyone but i think you should have the courage and go upto that person. Maybe if you talk to them, they will know you exist!

no it might feel like you do but loving someone involves chemistry and closeness and actually getting to know someone...without those things there cant be love

Go watch the movie 'Hitch' and learn how to approach the people you like.....you just have to get their attention once and it will go from there.....soooo start being friendly and go talk to them...
