They use it on their Podcasts and I am depserate to get hold of it in MP3 format to use as a ringtone! I have even tried emailing Adam Buxton, but got no reply!

I can think of two ways. Burn the podcast to cd then rip it as an mp3. Then use an audio editor to see the mp3 as a waveform and then find the relevant part and cut around it. Finally, extract the clip as an mp3 using the program you've used to edit it.

Another method is to record it direct from radio onto a pc as an mp3 then follow the same process.

I've not heard their podcast but I loved their show from years back.
