I would advise against it. The fact that you used the word "play" in connection with a Ouija board tell me that you aren't knowledgeable on how to use it. You don't know what you could let in.

All right, here's how you can have some fun: Rent the Exorcist and Witchboard. They're movies in which evil things occur after someone plays a Ouija board. Watch those movies with your friends. Then set up a midnight game somewhere with lots of candles for atmosphere. Look up "Demons" on the internet and pick one which you think might have the most insight into the kinds of questions you and your friends will be asking. When you ask your questions, ask the Demon, and it will guide your hands to the answers. Be warned: They are not always answers you'll want to hear, and the answers may be ambiguous - but a demon that is bound to a Ouija board may not tell a direct lie, remember that.

Also remember this: The Ouija board will NOT work if anyone using it does not believe in the dark magic. Likewise, no Demon, even Beelzebub, can harm anyone who doesn't believe in it. As one of the other answerers mentioned - be careful. It might be a good idea to go to a Catholic church and put some holy water in a small container just in case.

Have fun, and may God have mercy on your soul.

It (somebody) spelled out some answers on it once when i was a kid. We didn't try to summon any ghosts or demons!

Facts about the Quija Board
HOW THE BOARD WORKS

There are two major theories. The spiritualist theory holds that the messages comes from without; the automatistic(or "scientific") theory holds that the messages from within. Arguments can be made for both theorys.

find something else to do. "Playing" around with an occult doorway to evil is a very dangerous thing to do. This is no 'toy' despite what people think. You open your mind up to influences you cannot possibly understand, or control.

It is silly. There is always someone moving it deliberately and everyone denies it. It is just an amusing farce.

It is fake, someone moves it around and then denies they did it.
