silver is more for a male but if it is matte gold i guess it would look ok for a male

The options the jeweler will most likely give up are gold, white gold and platinum. Platinum is the new word for silver but white gold looks just like silver. The platinum is very expensive. I got my husband white gold btu that was because I don't like gold and either does he. I always thought that silver colored rings look better on guys. His wedding ring was $220 which wasn't bad at all. Btu if the ring that you are getting ia his wedding ring than make sure you get insurance on it. You are able to go in and get it cleaned for free and if anything happens to it the insurance will cover it.

i like silver on a guy better than gold but gold looks good on some guys it just depends

They are equally for anyone...choose your color by your skin tone. Some people just don't look good with silver, some with gold. Platinum is one that you just have to be colored right for, or it looks odd, and kinda fakey. Most people can use gold if it's a ring or watch; anything more it's just trial and error.

i think silver is more for a male.. because gold is really dressy & is supposed to match the accecories of your outfit. but silver just kind of blends in and goes w// everything. there isn't that many woman that can pull of wearing gold jewelrey && i just don't see any men pulling it off. i mean its liike to girlie for a guy. jewelry thats gold or silver is feminine enough on a guy. don't add gold to it.!! i'm soo* glad you asked.

As a male I prefer silver. Anything that I might buy that is jewelery I buy silver.

silver suits males n females both equally.. but i agree wid angel wen she says matte gold!or dust gold.. looks amazing on guys!

If you are talking about rings, it depends on which looks better with your skin tone. My husband has a white gold ring and it looks better than gold does on him.
