I have windows xp and 1 of my user accts. keeps accumulating pr gams and the only way I can rid them is manually in the task manager, but they keep coming back. The other user accts (2) are fine and dont do this. What is causing this and how can I prevent this from happening.

You could close that user account but probably better to go to Control Panel, Task Bar and Start Menus, take the Shows 85 off your start menu. Then go to Add/Remove Programs (still under Control Panel) scroll down and delete Shows 85 from there. Then remove the shortcut from desktop if you have it there, or somewhere. The shortcut won't do anything now that you have uninstalled Shows but it will aggravate a person.

start, all programs and startup delete everything in the folder and turn off all messengers ect then update your anivirus and antispyware run them in safe mode on that account
