Well...if you've been with her for over 6 months...and you really love her, its time to break out the diamonds. It doesn't have to be a ring, but maybe a necklace or bracelet...

If you don't have the money for that, then I would say plan the day...Take her out to dinner at a decent place, go get some dessert, give her a teddy bear back at home...then spend quality time.
