Yes stress.

People have to understand it's not just physical. Women have metaphysical responses to life's ups and downs. We tend to process emotions not only for ourselves but for those around us. The menstruation process is a clearing out of the emotions. You and/or the people around you must be going through a lot for you to be having your period again, try to be better to your self. Take better care of your self and don't worry to much, don't take on their stress.

My sister has had the same problem, I'm sure she knows of the best way to handle it... I'm asking her, I'll let you & the other women know as soon as I hear fom her. But please don't go to the doctor and start taking hormones. Because it is a natural process they will only mess you up more; it can be so hard to keep the hormones balanced as it is. (regular excersie helps) My sister has a good herbalist and she is a shaman her self, wait for her response...

Stress can play a role in this. Watch it carefully, though. You might need to go see your doctor.
