The one's we love are the easies to hurt, because they are the closest people to us. Usually it's unintended, but if you really loved the person, the you would try your best to not hurt them.

Plenty of reason, one is they are scared and hurting people is a defensive mechanism, they don't realize what that their action are hurting someone and they are so into themselves that nothing else matters.
