Because Joey is a bad *ss and it comes as a surprise. Where as it doesn't come as a surprise, for the Cowboys to be acting gay. Kinda like it seemed normal for Chad Johnson to get smooched on, by his big ugly Bengal teammate.

Because Joey Porter is supposed to be this big macho guy and Cowher is like a drill sgt. and personally I don't see what was so bad about it seeing they were both so overcome with happiness that they won, they were just celebrating.

So a guy kissed another guy on the cheek!!! Big deal. In Europe where they do not run around so uptight, they regularly kiss on the cheek as part of a greeting. AND, within families, they kiss on the lips. My father always kissed his dad on the lips, a custom from his country of origin--Italy. So what??
