You are really weird! Your question implies that once one has the ability to do something, one will do it, too.
If I could nuke any country, I still would refrain from doing so.
The United States of America is the only country in history to ever have used nuclear weapons against another country, and I say "Shame on you!" But then, American history is an unbroken string of abuses, starting with the genocide of Native American tribes and continuing right up to today with the war in Iraq.

I think U should be asking this question from people outside of USA.. Cuz right now Bush is gonna make other countries nuke USA... And i Think MAny countries would wana nuke USA.. :(

I would get a map of the world and a dart. Then I would get really, really drunk, pass out, drink some more, puke all over the map and then drink some more, then I would pick up the dart and fling it wildly at the map but instead it would hit the timer of my homemade nuclear device blowing up all my neighbors and causing much suffering.

not one country should be nuked there is innocence people maybe certain people should be put to die but not a whole country

none. no country deserves to be nuked. perhaps a military facility if ever we're at war, but not any given country.
