I like the ones dripping with hot sauce and you need a million paper towels.I get kinda sad when they are the battered ones without sauce I mean those ones are ok but I like them saucey.

don't bread them. just deep fry, bake or broil them them. the skin will make them crispy. Mix some melted butter with the hot sauce and any other herbs, spice, etc you want to add. brush the sauce on the cooked wings.
