Yes, sometimes there is just a few simple moments of complete happiness amid everything else that's going on. It's actually happened to me today, my life has been complete chaos for 2 weeks because of family issues, but today I got one little small glimmer of hope and it's helping me get through the hard times.

Yes, I am trying to train myself to focus better by putting myself next to the talkiest, perfumiest people on the treadmills. I used to avoid them, turn up my music, now I say BRING IT ON!!!
