Nah. We asked the same question in 1994 when it was Democrats at the helm. The jails are a bit more red these days and in ten years, when power returns to corrupt the Democrats, we'll be voting Republican while the Dem's go to jail.
It's like watching a clock pendulum...

I doubt the crime rate will drop. Oh, I get it. The Republicans are supposed to be tough on law and order. So was Hitler.

WOW... You somehow think that you'll magically remove the Republicans in Washington who ARE NOT up for re-election tomorrow ?? Please read your Constitution... then the NEWSPAPER !!
There are still polls showing it will be TIGHT for the Democrats to even win a majority in both Houses...

I think we should change ALL the rules in Washington... the flush the toilet and start over. Perhaps a MOAB on K-Street might help too.
