Here's the senario; you're trying to figure out who to vote for, you're using some survey that the League of Women Voters sent out, you notice that some of the guys didn't answer the questions. I've seen that happen so many times. Why do they not take the time to fill them out???

If they actually state their position in writing they may have to explain why their votes do not reflect that position later.

They are afraid of upseting potintial voters. Many of there ansewers will come back to haunt them.

I don't know...but that irks me too.

Maybe they figure you'll hate the other guys answers enough to vote who the devil you don't know vs the devil you do. Bad strategy, I think.
