prob installing online purchased game into new computer?

purchased game from online months ago....trying to install on new computer....it allowed me to do one.....not the other....at "renew your licence" it askes me for credit card agian.

copy the game to a cd then install it on new pc.be sure to use info for original game to open it.

Did you keep the e-mail confirmation you should have received from that site? If so I would say forward that to the website you bought the game from and see if they can assist you.
