I'm talking about washing their private parts on a daily basis.
When I worked in the hospital there were some grown up people (more women than men) who didn't know how to clean their private parts. They just take a shower but they just don't clean their private areas or they were never taught. So I had to tell them to soap their private areas from front to bottom and use a shower hose or a bucket and some patients were like "Ohhhh yeah that feels so good!" LMAO

You can even tell that some people don't clean themselves by going to the restroom and if you can "smell" the other person in the next stall, that's a red flag right there.

I also have a friend who works at a gynocologist office and she complains that alot of women don't clean themselves before they "spread their legs" and their "smell" sometimes fumigates the room.

Hey I know, I worked for a Gynecologist for a very short period of time and DAMN!!! These people know that they are going to the gyno.'s-so take a bath. This one woman came in and had an exam done. It was not pleasant. The room smelled even after she left. I mean you know when it smells that bad the person that has the stench has to smell it too. I bathe everyday-it's a habit.

I agree that many people don't use the right methods of cleaning themselves.
I am afraid it has something to do with their parents.
I think that parents now, will tell their kids how to clean themselves.
But one decade ago .it was harder to talk about it and two decades ago it was hardly mentioned.
So,the chance is that people over forty don't know the basics, and they can't help it.
Did lots of volunteer work in a local hospital.
And women are far worse then men.You are damn right.
And so says my neighbor too:he is a fam, doctor.
It will get better as there are TV programs about personal hygiene,
That is:if people are willing to watch them.
Have a smell free day.

If they have grown up in an unclean home enviroment then they have never been taught the right way to care for their bodies and it has to be taught at an early age- ya know the saying you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

OH MY GOD YES!!! I noticed that obese people were the biggest culprit of after butt smell. I swear I went in this restroom one time and my toes and eylids curled! I think at one point lost consciousness! I scratched my way out almost taking the door down! Then you look at that crusty handle you have to grab without tissue because the damn place has blow driers! UGGGGGGGGGHHHH!

Nobody probably ever told them where to wash when they were young. Some people are just disgusting and lazy.

It's the sickest, isn't it? I couldn't imagine! How could someone's parents not teach them to clean properly. . .or how could they not figure it out on their own once they got older? I'm shuddering right now!

I don't think its that they don't know how to, but pure laziness that they don't take the time to.
