Sure, your vendors and customers can sometimes harrass you. But when you're self employed, you can walk away without losing your job. Some people won't, if they feel the money is worth it. If you're self employed you won't have grounds for a lawsuit unless they assault you.

If you are a big target you bet! It is always a good idea to have a policy book and go by it religiously. You never know when that friendly secretary gets disgruntled and you need that written statement that acknowledges you have a policy in place!
