Okay, take a deep breath. I've been where you are, so I can understand that right now, everything feels completely out of control. However, It can get better, remember, YOU are in control here. Dissect everything you are unhappy with, and see what you can do to fix it ONE step at a time. It will help if you write things down like your feelings, ways you think you may regain control, etc. That way it is on paper and out of your head, where it is only bouncing around and making you crazy.
Change what you can to make things better.
Don't let things that don't really matter in the long run be of importance right now, deal with them when you are mentally ready to do so.
I kind of hesitate to say this, not knowing your degree of spirituality, but try praying.
Don't be your own worst enemy.
Most important, keep your head up. Remember what Bill Clinton did when the Monica Lewinsky scandal was uncovered? He just put on a smiley face and was like - yeah, sorry, and moved on. If you have to hurt a few feelings to make things better for yourself, do the same thing. I'm in the middle of some way ill **** and I do it all day long - yeah, sorry that I did that, smile, and move and groove.

You might be suffering from a type of depression... it does happen.. It doesn't mean you are crazy or can't cope, there might be a mental ailment. Go for a check up to the doc and find out. If a small amt of meds can get you back on course then do so. After you are stabilized then you can start to make some changes in your life that would be an improvement. You might just be overwhelmed with everything and need to lighten up on yourself. Whatever, it won't hurt to see your doc and get a thorough check-up.

I can so empathize with you. First, don't feel the need to hide your emotions. Try talking to a close friend, clergy member or even a counselor. The latter 2 should know what direction to steer you in so you will eventually feel better, through counseling sessions or perhaps even medications. I know I feel this way at times and talking it out certainly helps me, and remember, you are NOT alone in your feelings. Others choose to deal with them differently and not 1 thing works for every body! Best of luck to you.

I hear ya.
Been there for 8 years.
I'm finally getting out of this place. It's hard work.
I always seem to be behind and can't get things done.
It's depression love.
I had never experienced it either.
Don't give up yet. I haven't and things are slowly painfully getting better.
I realized I will have to take some pain in the things I have become comfortable in to move on and be the person I used to be.
I'm just on the start of this.
But I'm getting better.
Work on it love... with every ounce of energy you can muster even if it isn't much.

Dont worry about things you cant control. Simplify your life. Do you ever see the simple guy at the Supermarket rounding up carts? He is usally the most content guy in the palce. He does what he does GREAT and he takes satifaction in it. Do what makes you HAPPY, dont worry about everyone else. Faith is also important and you can lean on it during the hard times and the fitness guy who answered is also right. I will pray for you. Like my daughter once said to a crying stranger, dont be sad CHIP and Dale (Disney characters) wnat you to be happy.

Been there.....the only thing you can do is change your life. You have to make yourself happy, not everyone around you. I bought a book when I was in London called "The Power of Karma", my life was allot like yours at the time, after reading that and changing allot of my life, I have been happy ever since. You can find the book on Amazon.com.

There are two forms of depression. Those with psychological roots, and those with physical/bilogical causes. Typically, a person with psychologically derived depression will have at least one thing that brings some kind of pleasure. There are biological forms of depression that CANNOT be cured by any amount of therapy and must be treated medically. In other words, there may be a real physical problems with the sodium and potassium channels in your brain that regulate mood. PLEASE SEE A DR.!

I'm sure that if you did do something that radical and you saw what happened later on you'll know how many hearts you broke and how many people cried because of their loss.
Everybody goes through rough times, I know you'll probably think but not as bad as this, but believe me, I've known a guy before who cut himself and almost bled to death but managed to call a friend who then saved him, so suicide is not the answer.
Best thing to do is to talk to someone about your problems, someone who'd understand you and sincerely listen to you. If you're not happy with something then just try and improve it.

No matter the cost, take a vacation. Leave your cell phone, tell no one where you are going and pick a place to have fun, not a place to lay around. Oh yeah, make it for 3 weeks or more.
Now, go have some fun.
