An update ran for over 36 hours without stopping and I couldn't shut it down. I was unable to get any support from McAfee, got tired of jumping through their hoops and forced my pc off after unplugging it. I have a yrs. contract but know I don't want to con't to do business with a company without actual on line support, (not one of those ducky select this, that and did we answer your question yet? How's this one)deals and no toll free support phone number
