They're not really silly or stupid, they just don't know how to act in that particular situation.

Because boys mature slower than girls, and when they do eventually start to grow up a bit, they have a mental age of twelve for about seven years. Hopefully they grow out of it.

To me, they're being very immature and don't know how to act their age! Besides, I stay away from boys who act that way!

A boy can't help it. when a boy likes a girl his mind turns off and he goes into duffis mode. I'll bet they act normal whe you are not around.

Because they're less mature, but they're also less self- conscious. Depends which you think is more important.
